Return Policy
Unwanted Items
Sky Oriental uses the return policy of The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2014, allowing our customers to return any items within 14 days of receipt of shipment. Our customers have another 14 days to return the items once return request has been granted. Please note that any postage cost incurred in returning the items during this period will be at the customers’ own cost, unless the item is damaged, or was sent in error.
Sky Oriental does not offer a refund for certain items only if they are in faulty condition:
- any items which have been opened or package has been destroyed
- any discount items, Sky Oriental will offer you an exchange or a credit note
- after 30 days of the receipt of shipment
Items must be returned in an unused and unopened condition. This policy does not affect your statutory rights. Sky Oriental only accepts returns from the person who bought the items.
All returns must be accompanied by the delivery note or receipt.

Damaged Items
Items can occasionally get damaged during shipping. If our customers have received any damaged items, please accept our apologies, and then take a picture as a proof and contact us immediately such that we can arrange a refund or replacement for those items.
Missing or Incorrect Items
In case of missing items, our customers should check their delivery note or receipt and see if those items are highlighted as out of stock. Please contact us immediately if the items on the delivery note are incorrect. We will send the correct items again to the customers as soon as possible. The customers may be requested to return the incorrect items. In this case, we will cover any postage costs in the return of items.
Cancel or Amend the Order
Our customers can cancel or make changes to the orders before they are dispatched. Please contact us immediately and then we will cancel or amend the order for you. If the customers wish to make changes to the orders, they can contact us and provide their payment details over the phone such that we can use the new payment to cover the old payment.
