Sky Oriental is working with DPD to provide with the best possible delivery of goods. Below are the services that we will provide with the delivery.
DPD will let our customers know when they are coming (to the hour) via SMS or Email so they can plan for the day. If the customers are not in, they can arrange to have the parcel left with a neighbour or left in a safe place out of our customers’ choice.
DPD ensures that the parcel will be delivered within 24hrs after despatched from our warehouse. A GPS tracking system on the delivery van will let our customers know where it is and tells our customers how many stops the driver has before they get to them.
Free Delivery
- If our customers spend over £50 through online shopping, they will receive FREE Delivery to anywhere in the UK mainland. This offer is not applicable to non UK mainland destinations such as Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man and Channel Islands.
- Free Delivery offer can be used with discount offers; however, sub-total of £50 must be reached after discounts have been applied.
- Please note that free delivery is offered only for ONE parcel up to 28kg. If an order of the parcel weighs over 28kg, then the customers will be charged for a corresponding delivery fee.
